Journalist Kofi Adomah Nwanwani Suffers Eye Injury In Musketry Accident, Undergoing Treatment In Dubai

Renowned journalist Kofi Adomah Nwanwani is undergoing urgent medical treatment in Dubai to regain sight in one of his eyes following a tragic accident.

The incident occurred last week during a funeral in Dormaa, Bono Region, where traditional musketry was being fired by chiefs as part of the ceremony.

Exclusive details from Myjoyonline.com indicate that while repositioning himself, Kofi Adomah was struck in the face by gunpowder from a recently fired musket. The accident left one of his eyes severely injured, resulting in complete vision loss, while the other eye was affected, causing blurry vision.

After receiving initial medical attention in Ghana, the Kofi TV CEO was transferred to Dubai for specialized care.

“He’s now in Dubai working to restore vision in the blurry eye, but it seems the other eye may not recover,” a source close to him revealed.

The journalist’s condition has prompted an outpouring of support and prayers for his recovery.
